A beautiful, feminine book cover design for a self-publishing author. We also did the interior of this book, which we’ll be posting soon. The interior really complements the lovely cover.

Allyn had already come to us for a previous book design, so we based this one off of the initial design. This book was geared toward Mom’s of daughters, so we tried to add a feminine touch to it without being overly girly. This is what we came up with!

Roseanna came to us providing 1. A Photo shoot of the model against white and 2. an image of the bracelet that she was granted from a specialty jewelry shop in Greece. The challenge with this piece was to recreate the Persian backdrop. There are almost no available images of existing Persian architecture. What is out there are very rough ruins. So, with some time spent researching it was time to visually build the backdrop. The final look achieves a stylized cover and a nice way to highlight the bracelet on the back.

Devin wanted to achieve a cover that had a classic look that appealed to a two-pronged target market. He wanted it to be bold and include the particular piece of artwork that you see on the cover. The final product is both textural and clean all at once.

This is a 2-page advertisement/banner design for Orthodox Christian Prison Ministry. We were going for a clean, but warm look for this to engage interest for an upcoming event. This was a fun project and we look forward to working with OCPM on future projects as well.

This was our second book cover for Helen Hanson. She needed a suspenseful, moody look and after her round of revisions we finally reached a cover we were all more than satisfied with! We can’t wait to work with Helen again on her next book.

Michele wanted something warm and inviting for her author/speaking Web site and blog. We worked with her to design just that, something that would invite readers into her warm heart.

Susie came to us with a simple request. She wanted her Web site to match a blog design we previously created for her. This is the final product. Site isn’t live yet, but you can see the screen shot here.

Duane is a unique guy who wanted a unique blog design. Based off of his questionnaire answers we created something with neutral colors. He wanted browns, tans, and blues, with a hint of red. He liked clean with interesting. So, we came up with something like this. After seeing the original design he wanted to change a few things to make it feel more personal. We added in the squirrel, the baseball, and some other little things to make it more Duane. This was a fun one!
